  • 1tsp pepper
  • foil sheets for wrapping or cling film (about 7inch x 10inch)

Minced red & green bell peppers and spring onions using your knife and chopping board. Then put it aside for later. You can use your food processor if you have one, just put everything in and minced them all.

2

In a large bowl add minced pork, raisins and the minced vegetables then mix well

3

Add salt and pepper then mix evenly

4

On a foil sheet add some meat mixture and flatten it, in the middle add 1 sausage and some eggs lining them next to the sausage

5

Roll it together then seal each end by twisting them

6

Repeat no.4 and no.5 until all the meat mixtures are finished

7

Get your steamer ready then put all of the sausages in your steamer or you can do them in batches if you have a small steamer

8

Steam for 30-45 minutes and leave it to cool down

9

Once the sausages are cooled down peel the foil off, slice them and put it on a serving plate

10

Best served with tomato or banana ketchup
